I MISS TRAVELLING BADLY!!!!!!!!),:

I wonder when i can travel again!!!! It's been half a year since i stepped out of singapore officially! Not considering jb for sure! i miss everything bout travelling! from waking up early, getting all packed, waiting for departure, movies&songs&meals&magazines(& if long haul, mask time!lol!) on the flight, taking random pictures of almost EVERYTHING!, trying out the different delicacies, adjusting jet lag, getting used to the culture and language, dressing up in outfits to blend in, shopping like no tmr, living the uber ultra carefree life!!!!!!!!!!! miss miss miss!!!!!!!!!!

And so, i was tumblr-ing, and came across pictures of san francisco and los angeles!

i so hope i've that money to book a flight immediately and get packed and fly off to these cities right away! Actually, i realised travelling is the only thing that can make me sane right now. There's just wayyyyy toooooooo much going on in my life recently, i need a break! A break where i can let it all out. Being carefree and not give a damn! Admiring the people and life of a foreign land. Snapping shots from my lens. It should be the way to live.

Okay, so back to S.F & L.A.

Been there, seen it, experienced it too.

But i don't know why i kinda regretted for not choosing University of California (it's gonna be in san fran!) instead! (didnt have any strong attraction to go LSE despite it being in London when everyone's dying to go. Not sure why too. Maybe that's not a plc i'll choose for studies? But am definitely gonna visit there for leisure! backpacking perhaps?)

oh well, just gotta pray hard and have my fingers crossed now!

So, here I am lying on my bed still on a Saturday afternoon. I simply love to daydream on my bed for hours before I decide to really wake up. Don't you just love it too? :D

It's been like what? 5days since I become 21 officially?? Hmm..no Yayyyyys! Cos I don't like turning another year old so quickly. But i did pretty much have an awesome celebration last sat though! Really much thanks to those who turned up!! It's simply overwhelming! Hahax..and I'm gonna upload the pics once I'm feeling like it.

So what's life now? It's pretty much the same..but I'm just gonna be more enthusiastic bout living! No more slacking.

was lying down on my bed and looking out at the lil' window in my room.
i saw the moon glowing in the nightsky..and my heart "quivered"..
i jux ❤ sky gazing...really...it's when i have the time to relax and reflect.
it's at times like this you start to slow down and separate yourself from the real world.

i kind of love how this pic describes how much of the stars we can see form diff parts of the place.
i must say i am lucky to have experienced the stars that is between level 1&3?
it was a few years back when i was visiting my aunt in d states. & was at another relative's hse.
i had the chance to gaze at the night sky & omg! it's EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL!!!
u can observe almost all the stars patterns and all. the house is located in a v.v.v.rural area where u can hv acres of land by urself!!!!! But as it was winter when i was there, it gets pretty chilly and didnt had much time to enjoy and appreciate that piece of art. I'm already more than satisfied!! (:
Cause where can u star gaze in singapore u tell me? without any telescope or anything.
just with your naked eye.

I'm back here....

real real real real reallllll tired now but i'm still enduring on to blog cos i just have the blogging feel y'know?

what's up for me lately?

well, it's simply, work, school, outings, work sch outings~

to be honest, i'm REALLY stressed bout my studies!

everyone ard me tt are in sch are studying so so so hard for their school.

while for me, what am i doing??? i have no freaking idea.

All i think of is how i can spend my money. what to buy next w my pay? where to go for holidays? When is my next huge school holidays? what to do to my hair? when will I ever really sit down and start revising?? etc...........

Now that i'm in Uni, i realised that i'm much more stoopid than before? idk why. It's as tho i am not qualified to enter the uni in the first place. That's how depressing i feel when i go to svhool or think about sch work..

so i've been exploring like haunted/spooky places in singapore lately when i'm not working...cos there's nth much for me to do in singapore apart from shopping..
like some boring!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i need to leave singapore soon!!! i think currently, 1 month plus has been the record for me!!
1mth + as in not leaving singapore...abit not used to it...
cos for the past half year..i've been travelling damn frequently?
wanna go kr/us lehhhh.........mom/aunt keep sayin they wna go visit my other aunt in dec!!! but i got sch plssssss!!!

okay...so backk to d topic...

exploring singapore...although singapore like small..but there's pretty many abandoned places uhx...so i can't rly rmb which day this was..but pretty recently...my aunt was showing us some eerie ghost clips on her iPad over dinner...we were like totally spooked out!!! cos y'know the screen is damn big right? so when there's rly "sth" in the vid clip, u can see it suppppppeerrrrrrr clearly!!!!!!! OMG!!! then it sparked our curiosity to explore more.......

so i googled for places that had reported hauntings in singapore...and got into SPI (Singapore Paranormal Activity)'s website...and found out that there's one haunting site at grange road!!!!!!! yeshhhh!!! if you don't alr know, grange road is at orchard!!! like jux opp. youth park, near h&m and scape! like soooooo near whr i work can?? & we decided to drive there......

so here's the story..........

before driving off, i plucked my iphone to this belkin's car device where it can amplify what i play on my iphone to the car's speaker. And i turned on the KPop radio on my phone and it was playing fine for the rest of our journey to town. It was close to midnight when we set off. And then we drove to Grange Road but got quite lost in locating the house tt was said to b haunted. Ended driving to Kim Seng Avenue and back thru Killiney Road and then Grange & saw the house..but there seemed to be lights in there..plus no trespassing was allowed and we couldnt drive in!!! So we had no choice but to drive off. My mom then said she wanted to pee urgently. So from Grange Road, my aunt drove off to St. Regis (hahaha! i know..like damnnnn high class!) to let my mom pee.

While turning in, i suddenly heard some weird conversations. But i didn't really care bout it. Then my mom quickly hurried off and went to the toilet alone. Left my couz, aunt and i in the car. And we heard the conversation again. This time, i scolded my couz and asked him to stop playing and asked him to replay what he had recorded (thinking he used the iphone to record our conversations earlier on). But he said he didn't record anything! My aunt then asked him again. This time he said no again and his face turned pale, together with ours! Cos we sensed that sth was right. And the thing is, the persons in the conversation sounded tooooooo muj like us talking. And they were speaking a mix of chi and eng. and the voice sounded too much like my aunt. The conversation was heard thru the car's speakers btw. So i thought my phone had dialed to someone accidentally or someone had called in. But fu*k luhx!!! i checked my phone history but no lo!!! no weird number whatsoever!!! checked ALLLLL our phones but no oso...Then as i mentioned just now, my phone is connected to this device that could ampplify the sound right? It's using this fm thingy. So if i were to connect to the device, i have to switch the car's fm to 107.9fm in order to amplify the sound. But then, when we checked the fm, it was on 9.11fm!!!!!! like wtf right?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!?!!! why and how the hell did it turned to that?????? nobody touched anything can??????

we were all spooked out!!!!!!! and when my mom returned, she totally don't believe us and thought we had made a joke out of everything to scare her!!! but really!! NO!!!! we didnt!!!!

and that's not the end of it all!!! after we left St. Regis, my aunt decided to drive round the Shangri-La Hotel area. As she thinks that it's also pretty spooky there. And i still havent recovered from that shock at all!!! i was like stoning and whatnot and my mom was doing dont know what. and after i was "more conscious", i looked out through the front windows of the car. And my aunt asked:"shall we turn in here? it looks quite spooky." And guess what i saw??!?!! The house number: 9,11!!!!!!!!!!! WALAUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU!!!!!!!! I ALMOST CRIED I TELL YOU!!!!!!!!! had goosebumps all!!! my hair raised!!! wth!!!!!!! then we all SCREAMED in the car!!! TOOOOOOOOOOOOO MUCH OF A CONINCIDENCE MAYBE???!!! then my aunt drove off. but after like 2min of calming down while driving around, my aunt decided to drive in since we were here to seek the thrill. And as the houises were in the small lanes, u can see NOTHIN from the main street. it's totally PITCH BLACK!!!!!!! and as we turned in, we felt so much better cos we could see the security guard sitting the guard house!! phew!! close encounter can???????????????????????????

it's super weird luhx!!! like the unexplainable sudden conversation out of nowhere...and the 9.11fm!!!! OMTIAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

there won't be any uploading of photos for now...or maybe at least till i get another external hard disk..cos my macbook v.ke lian!! no more space to contain the pics alr!!! ):

so happy that i'm finally able to step on the South Korea ground!!!! (:

(cos the other time i came korea, i was only at Incheon Airport making a transit to d states and back to singapore)

arrived at 6am in d morning today..and our eyes are like glueeeeeed...cos we had v.lil' sleep in d flight..and we can't check in to d hotel till like 2+pm?? so in between, we went to eat breakkies at a porridge restaurant, coffee and tea at a cafe, tour guide came and brought us ard to Jongysea(?) temple, Insadong, myeong dong, chongyecheon(?) stream, kimchi making and we surrendered!!! hahahx..legs are like breaking..mind going a lil' insane cos not enuff slp??

aft tt we got bk to d hotel and had some rest till bout 8pm jux now and mom and i decide to go for dinner and shop a lil' before all d shops closed while grandma slept in d hotel...and there's a whole lots of restaurants and shops jux right at our door step!! SUPERRRRRRR CONVENIENT!! glad i made a reservation at this hotel!! (: i'm really the planner for all trips uhx..from air tickets, hotels, directions..all me!!!! pro like a tour guide!! hahahahx!!! kidding..

have started listening to 2ne1 since i was in year 2 poly? which is like 2 years ago? and have always preferred 2ne1 as compared to other girl kpop bands. 2ne1 is jux simply different! Like the way they portray their images. More of the bad girl/edgy kinda feel. I feel that this is more me as compared to the oh-so sweet girl bands...y'know? Also their songs are more rock/r&b/rapping kind..love these kinda genres! (:

since i was awaken from a bad dream, and i can't sleep anymore...

i shall attempt to blog!!! (: (yes, my blogging vibes are kinda back)

i'm just thinking, is there anyone out there who's very particular about the kinds of aircraft they are taking when they are travelling.

cos i'm one who's pretty particular about that! Like which aircraft model i'm gonna be on and stuff. My favourite so far is Airbus A330 (cause i've yet to get on an A380!). And i really love how spacious A330 is on the economy class! the configuration they have is 2-4-2. Imagine how much space A380 will have. And this is how the A330 looks like externally.

I kinda hate taking budget airline flights cos it's super cramp! Like my leg can't even stretch properly. But i'm not sure if they have improved or not cos i've only taken once for one of my roundtrips a few years back. So i can't judge much too. The aircraft they are using is A320 if i'm not wrong? with a configuration of 3-3. (i really don't like that!) cos the aisles are so cramp pls! when i have a hand carry with me, i can barely drag my luggage along the aisles..-.- not convenient!!!

And as for the other 2 7's model, which is boeing 747 and 777, they are okay flights..they have a configuration of 3-3-3..and having taken that on several occasions for long haul flights, i have not much complaints. Probably cos the airline's service was good? that's why it makes my flight enjoyable. the aisles are not narrow too.

oh well, not saying that i must travel on the aircraft i want. just saying how great it would be to travel on your favourite aircraft. It's like going on the perfect trip! no? And of course, the airline itself plays a huge role too! Like SQ and tiger, how can you compare them in terms of service right?? (my most favourite airline is def SQ!!! it has always been this way since the day i know of SQ!! hahax)

here's d bathroom w standing showers only..(thankfully!! hate bathtubs in those parkalolo hotels! i only use bathtub in at 5 star hotels or home.u never know what had happen before..)

and the pretty wide entrance..? oh yes! there's a water dispenser too! but i didn;t dare to touch the machine! cos i fear it's dirty! oh well, i have TONNES of don't likes when i stay in a hotel. in a sense, i've got 洁癖(jie pi)!

y'know, all these while, i wasn't really interested in news or whatsoever.

but maybe ever since the presidential election in the states few years ago, i wanna know what's happening in d world in a sense.

And now tt i've lived for 20/1 years, i ought to know about the politics in my home country. I even went to read some of LKY's biography and also the latest book of his, the "HARD TRUTHS". His views are soooo open! I mean, he's really a wise man! Watching the interview (from the book), made me teared. Cos he's really my idol and seeing him grew to sucha age..it's so amazing! I really admire him loadx!

Okay, I've always wanted to vote this year after learning tt there's gonna be an election this year (which have been announced a week ago, it's gonna be on may 7). I suddenly felt soo happy tt i'm turning 21 this year (but not yet!), cos i thought i'd have a chance to vote!! but who knows!

i have to be 21 as at 1 Jan 2011 in order for me to be eligible for the voting. ):

sad sad sad!!! i was really really disappointed okay!!!

And knowing that this year's election is soooo competitive, make me feel even mre disappointed that i can't vote at all!!!!!!

i really don't want singapore to fall in the hands of the opposition (unless it really have what it takes)!!!

it's not that i'm totally Pro-PAP and not open minded to having oppositions occupying the majority seats in the parliament. it's just that i felt that PAP has really done their part in building up Singapore all these years!!! (oh well, you can argue that it's not entirely the body of PAP, but most of the credit goes to our founding Father LKY)...

but hey! it's just like fashion. if there's no designer to design clothings, then where's the trend? where's the style?? where's the clothes?

so it's the same here...LKY is just like the "fashion designer" while the rest of the team are like the "fabric", "accesories", "sewing machines"...

Whereas for the opposition parties, i really almost literally "blackout" when i read some of their manifestos! It's like O.M.G!!! Are you kidding me??

you think by cutting down all those "extra expenses" will further develop Singapore to a better place, better economy?? Hell no! I simply think it's an "incentive" to attract the "cheapo" crowd. Cos ppl hv been complaining (yeapx, typical singaporean..COMPLAIN!) on the high living cost and all tt extra expenses they have to pay. So they use this to come up with "attractive" to capture the audience. But i'm not saying tt i'm entirely correct here. It's just that from my past years' education, i learnt that it's not as simple as that. I mean you can't simple cut down on GST or wtv as and when u like. It's part of contributing to the society so that the country could grow! Otherwise, where do you think singapore would be if there isn't any contribution from the citizens? Still this beautiful, garden city? an almost developed nation? Well, think again! And of course, to sustain being a ddeveloping nation, there's definitely gonna be some opp. cost. Do you think you can just sit there and let your pets grow without giving food and water to it? Same logic there.

And don't think that the money we've contributed to the economy has gone to the pockets of our reps and never returned! Otherwise, where do you think our roads and transportation, flats, housing, shopping malls, school, health care system come from?? Dropped from the sky? And who are the ones that developed them? Of course it's those reps! All their brain juice goes to these developments and so, of course they deserve to earn tt amt of money! It's not like they sit in the office/home and do nothing okay! I really hate it when i overheard some ppl saying the bads about them. And if u were to vote for the oppositions, will you guarantee that you they can do the job earning MINIMUM wage??? (well, some manifestos stated that they would contribute part of their earning back to the society..but hmmmmmmmmm? 0.0)

All right, basically, i'm just not into any sides. (but based on above, i'm obviously siding PAP) contradiction? i know! but it's just not that. I welcome any party to lead singapore! As long as it have WHAT IT TAKES to do so. I really really really fear that Singapore will fail in the hands of some random party...You might think that Singapore is such a small nation, and it wouldn't matter if it has a strong government or not, and so you just vote for anyone you like or the opposite just for the FUN of it and wanna see what the outcome of it. Or that you want something FRESH! and NEW! and you like to rebel. Or maybe even you think that the world is gonna end in 2012 (which is next year), so you just ANYHOW vote! THAT's even worse!!! so Please! Think again. You might regret! The next election is gonna be in 5 years' time! To you, it might be a blink of an eye. But within this short time span, a lot of things are gonna change drastically! Especially in a small nation like singapore.

it's a sunday though!!!

and it's like 11ish am?

gonna go pray my ancesters later..

cos it's the qin ming period...(some chinese traditional occasion(?))

okay........so,

we started off our day at the hotel's cafe to have breakfast..

thinking that we've got complimentary breakfast..BUT!!!

there wasnt!!! and we've already taken some food..so we've gotta pay like 200/220 bahts to eat some lousy selection of breakfast..):

and that's all for the cafe...small and simple..

and then we took tuktuk to some BTS station that starts with a 'P' (can't rmb what)..

from there we trained to chatuchak/jatujak weekend market..

as we'd reached our hotel, we realised that we could not check in yet cos it was still quite early??

like 10+am? so we were asked to leave our baggages with them and we go shop ard before check-in time...

so i suggested us to head to platinum..since it's pretty near..and i know that place!

safe for us to go on the first day...

we had lunch at platinum's food court...kinda smelly..but bo bian...

alv's tom yum seafood noodle

my pad thai..which doesn't taste as good as her tom yum! ):

and then we shopped in platinum for awhile before gg bk to d hotel to check in at 1/2pm (i can't rmb)

and we took our power nap for bout 3 hours before heading out again..

rly damn tired!!! lesson learnt: don't take the earliest flight out for nearby destinations!

and off we went to central world!!! for some massage...

alv opted for shoulder massage which included abit of back massage as well..

i took the foot massage...and tt's my masseur..

mine was 299Bahts but cos i overtipped d guy, it costed me 399Bahts..

which was d same price as alv's!! ): hers was 399Bahts..

and then we headed to MK for dinner..not the first choice tho..

cos it's alr like 9+..10 at night? so all shops were closing..

when we were walking out from d plane to the arrival area..

I was like "brrrrrrrr!!!" cold uhx!!

then we were exclaiming if we heard d wrong thing...

like 19 degrees in bkk?!!! are u kidding me???

out of the 5 times or so i went bkk..never did i experience such weather!!!

and we kept complaining on how cold it was..yadayada...

and on the second day, it's bk to d normal bkk temp...20+..30 degree!!!

it's a comedy, music, romance film!!! Really comedy uhx!!

it's really hard for me to feel safe and comfortable about things..

it may not look like that on the surface,

6. Singapore jux can't stop raining lately! with all those thunders/lightnings and non-stop rain

but just these 5 listed, it's already more than enough!

they've already sent chill down my spine..goosebumps raising..

i really can't imagine the world to end..

rumours are that the world will come to an end in 2012..

I'm nutty nuts!!!!!!!!!! Never in my life of poly did I keep gg out during my exam period!!! It's like I didn't study uhx!!! Freaking worried!!! And today's the first time of my life that I experience the ＂沉重的脚步＂feeling..I can barely feel legs while heading to school for the test..and before d exam started, my legs cramped like siao can?? And I can barely breathe before too..it's really a panic attack I guess? I've never never ever experienced it before!!!!! & before that, I was so frantic o thought I had studied for the wrong module..crazy huh??

Well, and as I'm typing this, I'm on my way out for some shopping..when my law test is the day aft next..and I haven't touched a single page of notes..totally siao of me right??? Can't stand myself at times too..really hope I am those who have discipline!!!

Okay..so anws..I'm all so excited for my life after poly..though I freaking fear that I would fail my law test..cos of something someone said to me..I keep having his speech in my head..I'm damn scared uh!!!

And my holx plans?? I've got only one cfmed one..!! Thanks to my steady fren!!! ((: we are fast & furious!! Hahahx..settled everything within 3 days..but this is gonna b an asean trip..I hope to go some other places in Asia like Korea? But I think I don't have any fate with Korea..another destination I wanna go is states (tho I always mention how much I dont feel like going)..it's ironic..but I guess I'm fated with d states? Hahahx..unlike Korea..so near yet so far..Aiya...can some kind Angels/devils/gods donate or drop some money to me alr??? I'm in need of money!!! Skipping all lessons today (well,I've got only 1 tutorial&lect of d same module - law) to go listen to a uni talk!! Getting into a local U now matters alot to me..it's like d greatest thing ever?? But given my own standards, I can barely make it. & this is really saddening..like u really hope for it so much and it doesn't turn out the way u expect?

So I've applied for all d local Us here in sunny Singapore..the one I wna get in is SMU..it's like my dream school since when I was sec 4?? Or at d point I learnt bout SMU..d campus is right smack in d middle of town..convenient and nice Stuyvesant environment..who doesn't want?? & of course, my biggest passion is to study business..MBA is my goal for now!! I really hope to achieve tt!! Srsly..but I didn't put all my hopes in smu..I'm also pretty interested in d maths modules NTU offer..cos I rly rly L.O.V.E maths!!!!! And I'm gonna go for this talk laterrrrr...

I guess I was so stressed ytd..I dreamt about getting into SMU!!!!! But the degree is some mathematical science..hahahx!! Like my dream combo!! a few more days to CNY!!!!!!!! Are u excited???

Well, i totally don't have the mood of cny like weeks before..even though all d malls are playing cny music. And to me then, those melodious music were like melancholy noises! I really CANNOT stand it!!! But after i baked lotsa new goodies...the mood is here! And of course, ntm, lotsa shopping for cny clothes!!!! i think the amount of clothes i "bought for this festive occasion" fits one carton box/crate! Y'know the kind of box that contains the Bose Sound dock? it's tt kinda size plus a bit bigger! And tt doesn't include shoes/bags/accessories..I've "invested" too much for this occasion. The bad thing about it is that i won't have any returns this year! Cos i won't get to get any ang baos!! ): Just some days to doll myself up..that's it.

okaex...so as for new year goodies, i've baked pineapple tarts, star butter cookies and Kueh Bangkit!!! Feeling so much like an expert now!! hahahx...and after letting my frens/fam/mom's colleagues try..the response is pretty good!!! Lotsa compliments!!! ^^ i was kinda depressed after baking d kueh bangkit cos the whole process was really a tedious one!!! especially moulding the cookies!! i totally gave up and had my mom/grandma complete the moulding! in d end, the kueh bangkits' shape weren't pretty at all..): but taste wise, it was what everybody (EXCEPT ME??!) likes? i can't stand the powdery feeling in my mouth...don't be mistaken, i really like kueh bangkit but the ones i did isn't just what i like. so yeapx...i'm hoping tt i could do one mre batch of kueh bangkit before the new year!

Every day when i wake up, i just pray that i won't have ANOTHER bad hair day!! ):

it's super upsetting to know that i have premature greys when i'm only so young!!!!!!

Trying very very hard to comb my hair every single day!!! take AT LEAST 5 minutes!!!

my hair just can't chill!!!!! it drops TONNES of strands of hair everyday!!!

& so as to prevent all that, i have to take ULTRAMEGA good care of my precious hair by going thru' all these.....

To use all those products when i'm in the shower everyday, i've already spent about 15 mins on my hair alone!!!!!!

I just wish i could have hair like this little girl below!!!

today's an awesome day!!!!!((:

I'm already starting to feel so much better in 2011..

for d past 5 days of this yr, everything turns out smoothly for me!!!

i'm really happy it all turned out tt way..

today started off pretty good..

had macBreakie for breakfast...face complexion was good for makeup..

but it's pretty embarrassing as soon as i stepped out of d house..

i closed d gate and within seconds (like 1-2s?), the lift was alr at my lvl!!

d door opened automatically and i did not pressed for it at all!!

so i was kinda freaked out and acting paranoid..

and jux then, d door opened again! at d next lower level!!

in my mind, i was thinking will it stop at every lvl??

(so i looked at d buttons to see if all d levels are being pressed by someone else alr. but NO!)

then suddenly, a guy popped out!!!

i was shocked for a moment and i jumped..

then d guy shook too!! when he saw me jumped..

hahahx!! epic luhx!

i bet he must b thinking if he was d one who scared me!

so embarrassing!!!!!!!!

other than that, everything really turned out well..

bus came as soon as i reached d bus stop.

train came pretty quick. met my fren while i was walking to sch (so i got d stuff first instead of waiting aft sch!)

wasn't late for school...ate my fave wantons!!!(:

was jux on time for e-trial tests...did horribly for my e-trials...

received a kind act from d instructor...hahah!

then d invigilator was pretty good too...

PASSED MY FTT!!!!!!

i'm super happy luhx!!! happier then when i passed my btt!!!

cos i rly DID NOT touch d handbook till today!! (and i browse thru like 30 pages only?)

so it's like ZERO preparation!! (besides d e-trial tests i took..)

woohooox!!! & d rain stopped when i finished my ftt test..

so tt means i'm not trapped at d centre!!!

(but i heard a comment from this guy who look kinda bengish while i was waiting for d cab outside d school. he was like,"give up luh! wait so long alr cfm no cab one!")

but hengggggg uh!!! i manage to catch a cab like 5 min aft tt!! :D:D:D

got a good cabbie driver too...

gonna end off my day with macdonald's again!!! fillet-o-fish for supper later..hahahx!!!

last year had been a so-so year for me. it jux passed so quickly i can't really recall what i did.

AWESOME things in 2010:

- got a Macbook

- lotsa K sessions

- internship at xx

- many baking sessions

- met up with d old & new

- awesome trip to d states

- well, i cant really recall...

So for d NEW YEAR 2011, i've listed some of my new year's resolution.

1. Be a happier girl with lesser complains.

2. Improve on my patience.

3. Learn some new skills (eg. pilates, kick boxing, dance..)

4. Make MORE AWESOME new friends.

5. Graduate with good grades.

6. Continue studies in d states. [gotta convince my dad!!!]

7. Travel to at least 2 other countries.

8. Spend lesser money. Save more!!! [i've spent wayyyy too muj in 2010]

9. Get a new hairstyle. [shorter perhaps?]

10. Find my Mr.Right!!! (it's taking tooooo long!!) [friends of mine, pls help me keep a lookout hor!!]

i'm pretty much like an egoistic person..

i simply don't know why i'm sucha person!!! for eg. when i accidentally knock an object, i'd say sorry to d OBJeCT! BUT when i made some grave mistake to a person, i CAN'T bring myself to say "sorry". it's like i'd feel freaking ashame if i said sorry. can't stand myself sometimes too.

so if you know me and somehow experience this kinda situation, i hope u understand kay??

u should know tt i feel sorry but just dont know how to express it... XD

besides, i find myself pretty much of a spendthrift too.

i just buy wtv i want or wtv i see as long as i have money.

i feel that there is a NEED to fully utilise the money at all times. and tt explains why i have minimal or close to zero savings! hahahx!

i love to buy presents for ppl and surprise them. of course, i love receiving too!!! (:

presents are like d best thing on earth!! it's always awesome to receive sth out of the blue.

it's like a boost in energy and mentally as well! so sometimes if i have extra money, i'd usually love to buy gifts for my fam/frens..

and talking bout fam, i'm one who's v.particular bout it. it's almost a must to have family dinners AT LEAST once a month. and i'd feel insecure if anyone in my family says NO to wtv i ask them for. i cannot! accept no as an answer. u can call me overbearing, but tt's who i am. I've changed to become better over the years though. But i'm definitely a veryvery insecure person.

i might seem to b like an iron from d outside, but all i can say is that i'm not.

i've got sooo many flawsss, i kinda dislike myself for behaving tt way sometimes.

i always find myself in a position where i have no one to talk to when it comes down to talking to someone at home. can't talk to my dad sometimes since it's kinda girlygirl thing only. and not my bro of course since he's still groooowing, and my mom? haix. no hope from her. talking to her is like talking to air. she simply doesn't get what i wanna tell and is conservative much?? so i always have to beat about the bush and use analogy to describe my feeling. YES! i'm a pathetic child. it's like living in a house where there's no roof? i wish i was braver to tell my mom that she could get a divorce. but this does no justice to my dad. i really can't bear to leave any of them even though i know that we are already living under "separate roofs". i wish my parents were more truthful towards each other. I wish they were more courageous in facing their feelings too. i really don't know how long more this will last. we are all on thin ice now and it's just gonna crack anytime. I'm scared! Each time i reach home, i'm just fearful something bad might just erupt. there's sooo much in me i can't finish. I just hope that we can end up like those in the typical fairy tale stories: "They lived happily ever after.........."

not much of a secracy

just a random post which i thought i have to post no matter how tired i am!!!

So a short one before i sleep..

today (okay, technically it's yesterday!), one of my friends told us he drew a spartan(not sure if this is d spelling). And i'm wondering why on earth did he drew a spartan cos he doesn't look artistic nor is he like one who's interested in drawing or anything close to it. So when asked, he said it's for his psychology class. The first thought that came to my mind is that,"Woahx! psycho class = Art class? Some cool ehx". Later did i realise that that drawing is actually something that represent yourself. Like as in your character. And then he kept asking what we would draw!!! like KEPT ASKING!!! What came to my mind was blank!!! So does that mean i'm a blank person? Like i should leave it blank if i were given a piece of paper to draw? I really wish i could think of sth that could relate me, like an object or an animal that i could say i wanted to draw! I really thought very hard and i really cant think of anything!! After some time, i rmb hy said she'd draw an eye? Well, at least she thought of sth that she wanted to draw. It's really frustrating at that moment for me!!! Cos does that mean that i'm sucha uninteresting person? Someone without a goal or whatnot? I'm worried. I really am!!

I kept thinking...and thinking..and thinking!!!!!! And until i was showering just now, i know what i could draw! Maybe a cat? But not that kinda cat! It's TOM! Y'know, the Tom & Jerry's Tom? Cos on the outside, Tom seemed to be v.scary and hostile, he seemed confident and all. But actually, he's a scary cat. He's scared of almost everything and doesnt use his brain properly which caused him to be in so much trouble. Always being mocked by Jerry and teased by Jerry. Always trying to reach a goal but fail in the end. Get scolded quite often by his owner due to those stupid acts he performed...etc...So i think Tom really matches who i am? I might seem to be much of a touch person with that much of confidence, but inside me, i've gotten zero of that! I might seemed much of a hostility on the outside, but i'm nth of that sort. I goes mad and crazy over little things and gets contented easily(i guess???). And yea...lotsa similarities with TOM in a nutshell! I really have to draw that out when i'm free and then scan it and post it here...Then this post will sorta be complete. hahahx.

Well, this post is basically just to highlight my characters and worries. And area of concern. Just a little self reflection too!!! (It's important to me to self reflect every now and then!) That's it...I just wanna sleep now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm officially sick!!! thanks to the haze!!!!! kept sneezing non-stop since the day the PSI went up to a very unhealthy level of 108!!! sneeze and sneeze and sneeze. and cough too! Luckily my lungs are clear (as told by the doctor!) otherwise i think my asthma would have been triggered! Have been sleeping throughout the whole of yesterday! sleep, wake up, eat, medicine time, some videos, sleep, wake up, medicine, sleep...........it repeats itself. oh! and lotsa toilet breaks! Can't stop visiting the toilet.

Ok, so the point is! i don't get it why ppl at Sumatra wanna burn the crops or wtv! If they wanna get rid of them, then why plant in the first place?? Isn't there a more environment friendly way of getting rid of the crops? Burning is such an inconsiderate option to choose from! Seriously, their govt should do sth to help. or maybe sg's govt can be nice enough to help them as well since it affects sg's citizens well-being!!! Y'know, life in sg's damn freaking precious!!

Okaex...so below are some picx taken while we went for our super early dinner at j.Pot! It's at vivo!!!!! We kept passing by this restaurant every single time but have yet to give it a try. And last sunday, we decided to go try it! And it's awesome!!! ((:

our soup base: Bak Kut Teh & J.Pot Superior Soup Base. Both Damn nice uhx! But the Bak Kut Teh's abit too spicy for me.

their chilli sauce is the best!!!!! It's the same chilli sauce that they serve at Jumbo Seafood Restaurant!!

i'm so totally obsessed with this pair of wedges lately!!! i've been checking it out almost every single day!!! Acne's leather wedge that is. But i totally won't be able to afford for one right now! lost my ez-link card for like what? 2-3months already?? but i really can't be bothered to report lost for it. my 2nd time losing it luhx! so troublesome. must buy a damn good wallet to contain all my valuable stuff soon! hmm..maybe during my trip to the states? teeheex! ^^ feeling so effin excited just by the thought of it!! but we havent booked our tix!!! cos SQ's air tix fully booked!! kns luhx!! unless we pay for $3+K for a tix?!! tt's like soooo freakin damn ex?!!! so our next option is Qatar/Emirates..): But hopefully some ppl drop their booking and we can have their seats!!!

also, i've spent like $1k plus again! in just 2 days?? i simply can go bang the wall man! or next time maybe i should ask my mom to handcuff my hands! Then i cant pay for my stuff or blindfold me, so that i can't see what i want. Spent like $200 on my hair again and then some on the USB mobile thingy and khiel's stuff. omyomyomy!!! The thing is i haven't been spending much on clothes lately! All spent on those non-physical stuff. like more on pampering myself. why uhx?? isit cos i'm getting older? aging? i haven't bought my handcream yet!!! cos i'm damn scared my dad would shout and nag at me!!! ohnos!!!!!!! drop some money from the sky please!!!!! or any kind soul wanna donate money to me?? hahahah!!!
